buttocks of Minnesota politics for 25 years and he clearly ain't getting one bit smarter. The pukes primaried (the truly moderate, now Dem-leaning independent) Governor Arne Carlson with this buttmunch ages ago. Carlson beat him like a gong in the primary on his way to reelection.
