4. Ah, more trouble. Eerie similar to Rainier. But look at the population density, much greater.

It's been centuries since Rainier did its thing and that is what formed some of the land that is now built up. There are evacuation plans and alarms.

I know the Japanese have been prudent and installed alarms and also walls. But they are still recovering from the last round of earthquake and volcanic (same thing at times) activities there, not to mention the tsunami.

Please tell me:

Are there any extraordinary plans in motion for more than evacuation, and is this concerning the people in Japan more than in the past years? And is that Tokyo or another of the large cities there?
