Johnson would have no problem enforcing/disciplining those who gave him trouble.

Example, Hillary wins in a landslide against an unattainable candidate in 2016 and she pulls both houses of congress with her, what will we do?

First off, make Tom Cotton's people pay, especially those who come from his congressional district in rural Arkansas. What does that district need? What can we deny them? LBJ would have no problem using the power of the purse to put this ignorant bigots in their place.

Second, eliminate farm subsidies. These subsidies benefit rural economies. We will be fine without farm subsidies. Australian, New Zealand, and South Africa are fine without them.
