very little has always been done by those who can truly make difference because there is no need. Racism really does not affect the privileged class except when they have to worry about losing some of that privilege economically or in physical loss, like a building. Or they start fearing that they could be a target of violence because of their privileged status in a world of pain, poverty, inequality both socially and racially. Then they throw a few crumbs out that are soon taken away again and the whole process starts all over again. Quite predictable really, in my experience in this country. There are many more dylann roofs out there just trying to get their nerve up to make their statement of white male supremacy.
