A friend of mine got a BA in two years. He had just gotten out of the army and wanted to make up for lost time. And this was at a major university. It is not that hard to do. It is just most students are pretty lazy and want to take the least number of courses a term that they can so they don't have to do any hard work and can party.
If he did not graduate from the UT they would have reported it by now. It is totally naive to think they would not.
