The FBI is flying planes overhead to track us. Yet this Roof kid puts a manifesto on the Internet talking about his intentions of killing blacks and starting a race war - complete with pics of him with a gun, burning an American flag, sporting the confederate flag and patches from Rhodesia - and these agencies didn't pick up on this guy? What's wrong with this picture?
