Are you saying that there are never liberals or Democrats on Fox? Because the have them on often.

Sometimes they pick wimps like Alan Colmes or inflammatory fringe figures to make the left look bad. But not always. Democratic politicians are hardly averse to getting airtime, even if it's on Fox. And Al Sharpton was a regular guest in their evening lineup shows until he got his own TV gig. Of course, some of the former applied there too. This was when his image was still transitioning from race-baiter into liberal icon. Though perhaps many appearances on Fox were an integral part of that process. They gave him a platform to talk about politics more broadly and this helped him come to be associated with much more than just racial issues.
