We must put a giant red stamp across his face: "HATE" He likely loves the idea of seeing himself with his smug face and cocky stance holding this weapons and vessels of hate.

I think the idea of infamy drives some people. We don't need to make him famous. We need to show him as the insignificant cockroach that he is.
