Dear politicians: it is time for you to stand up to the NRA and their "rating" system and their threats of running you out of office of you don't allow them to continue to destroy our society for their personal gain.

10 thousand gun homicides, and 20 thousand gun suicides hardly "destroy our society", of country of 300 million.

Nobody...I mean NOBODY, believes that it does, except die hard anti-gunners.

Die hard anti-gun extremism is about as close to mainstream as the politics practiced by the westboro baptist church.
