13. I do it every year. That way they get a gift and can go spend it on what they want

instead of having to make a trip to the store to take back what they weren't happy with to get what they want..saves any guilt feelings on their part which are generated when they say thanks and then return it.
No one returns money gifts, and I'm sure they have what they want.
