There was even a docu made that was to be on Discovery Channel (iirc), and was never shown in the US.

It took me almost a year to buy a copy of the book, kept ordering, told it was coming, never showed. It even disappeared from libraries. I finally managed to get a copy when it was reprinted when the Jeff Gannon/Guckert male hooker business was going on with Jr. BFEE is very thorough scrubbing their image.
