20. I think it's fine for teens and adults

Once I reached my teens, it became very hard for my mother (since Dad had no trouble shopping lol) to find something appropriate for me. I would tell her "just give me cash or a gift certificate" to be nice to her but alas, she continued to refuse my request and just frustrate herself endlessly.
