8. Could this be another attempt to destroy Medicare entirely?

In a few years, when they hope that people will forget that they pulled this money from a program that was already struggling, they will tell us that it is impossible to continue Medicare. Woe be to the older people who will not be able to find health insurance anywhere in the private market.

I can hear the arguments now.
