27. I've seen cops drop off dozens of bags of Taco Bell

for a large group arrest (around 400 people, anti-war direct action). Very different scenario, sure, but it took hours and hours to process everyone and they had to be fed.

It's not uncommon if it makes the most sense given the circumstances/timing/logistics of processing and moving an arrestee.
