Freeper-ville. Tends to be the habitat of either selfish gits who can't stand that they're not running everything, or fearful, demon-ridden enablers/fellow travelers looking for someone to protect them from anything strange or icky.
Or Poes who have nothing better to do with their time than stir the pot.
