A lot of meth is made here, too, and it makes me sick every time I see people on the news in haz-mat suits cleaning up another lab. Are we going to let this continue until we have dozens of quarantine sites all over the county? It seems like the only way to stop it is to take away the profitability from the makers and sellers. Locking them up isn't enough of a deterrent; hell, the death penalty probably wouldn't be a deterrent. I don't see what it could hurt to give your suggestion a try.
