27. That's not exactly the reason

Quite a bit of it had to do with the corruption of their leaders. The Greeks were hiding their debt for years, and their crisis started when this malfeasance was revealed. It also had to do with the way Greece was overvalued after their conversion to the Euro. It also had to do with the structure of central banking for Euro states and the ineffectiveness of being able to deal with the problem. So the issue with Greece is multifaceted. No one single thing created their crisis.
