that they refuse to do anything about it. These fireworks sellers are big business, I guess. I read the other day that they are trying to change the law so that fireworks bought here can be used here, adding an excise tax to the sale to bring in money for the state. Oh goodie!
I dream of the day when they start to enforce the law and there are huge fines for setting off illegal fireworks. I can dream.
