He was not found with jewelry on his person, nor was he "involved with street fighting," whatever the hell that's supposed to mean. I couldn't care less that he was found with an empty baggie that probably once had held weed.

People do not have a right to "follow" people, especially minors. I was taught that in my CCW permit class, by both an attorney and a police officer: you have a right to protect yourself from someone who will not quit following you. I myself called the police on a man who did that tome, and he was led away in handcuffs.
