People don't go to school to learn how to become checkers. Go to any pharmacy or grocery store, and you'll see more checkers than anything else. If "a" grocery store allows checkers to switch places when pork comes to the register, they are free to do so. If the store has only one checker, and that checker refuses money from a customer buying something that is sold in the store, that person would not have a job.

If a pharmacy can accommodate by having multiple pharmacists, more power to them. They're not going to stock an item that they don't intend to sell.
