3. Great point. Odious government behavior is different from odious private behavior

One is paid for entirely by taxpayers; the other is not. One is not constitutionally protected speech and could be constitutionally prohibited government speech; the other may be protected by the First Amendment.

No one has time for a government imprimatur on insurrection to extend slavery.
