How does this square with that 39% of union households that claim to support Governor Walker?
Are they so out of it that they assume it won't affect their local?

On edit:
How will news of this affect the recall vote? Is Walker stupid enough to put it on the same ballot, or will it just be passed in house when no one's looking?
