I was going to say "drunk angry" or "barstool bravado" anger, but your term is more accurate.

I've known too many of these types over the years ( decades ) and they've all shown how they're peripherally informed at best, and consistently bark up the wrong tree as to the source of their woes.

They're full of passionate emotion and righteous indignation...and they don't know shit. But they vote.
