Interstate 15 is a MAJOR north/south thoroughfare and backs up for MILES in a matter of minutes.

Hope no one gets hurt.

OT but if I were a terrorist I wouldn't be shooting up recruiting centers, I'd be driving along interstate highways in California with highway flares and a launcher.
