U.S. Forest Service spokesman tells me #NorthFire isn't contained at all. Several cars and structures already damaged http://lat.ms/1CHrIIJ

And yes, I have seen this in the past, so this does not particularly surprise me. Hopefully during the night (they should), be able to get some containment. During the night fires tend to go down in intensity. They are terrifying beasts, but...
