Do you think that there would be any legal barriers to that?

It would remove the corruption, but also every cop would know that they had no cover whatsoever.

I think that there should also be severe penalties for turning off body and vehicle cameras....there should be redundant cameras so that there can be no excuse for a non functional camera.
