Is he expecting that with transgenders in the military, we'd have a big ol' rainbow party until the wee hours of the morning every night, leaving our Soldiers and Sailors too tired to do their mission when the time comes?
He'd rather have military members taking on their duties living as guilty lie rather than be the best they could be?
As it were, if I were a military trainer, I'd want a Gold Medal level athlete in the armed services, no matter if they were male, female, or transgender.
As for the Russians, they are too busy trying to return their own population to the 19th century so they can rebuild their post-medieval empire and walls to keep out the rest of the world to be worried about America's military incorporating the LGBT population. That's going to occupy them another forty or fifty years, if they can keep it together enough.
