Creative Cow and Video Copilot are good starting points.
Any image you use needs to be public domain, or you need to have a license to use it. YouTube can and will take your video down otherwise.

Another good place for stock footage/music/animations is RevoStock.com We used to use them at the ad agency I worked at a few years back.
