7. As stated in the OP, "Posted without comment".... but here's my thoughts on it...

Back when I was younger, when someone was running their mouth or making threats that they were going to kick my ass, I'd tell them "well, you just sold the ticket, it's time to see the show!" I was a bouncer for several years, and could dole out some violence with extreme prejudice. I also told several people that "I usually get PAID to hurt people, but I'm gonna fuck you up just for the fun and the work-out". I *used* to be a very violent person, and it stemmed from the lifestyle I lived.

The way I see it is that this "macho" idiot sold a ticket by walking past a bunch of black guys waving his flag, probably thinking they would think he was SOOO tough for doing so that they wouldn't mess with him, that they would be afraid of him. He sold his ticket, got it punched, and the show wasn't what he expected... like bying a ticket to a movie thatlooked good in the previews, but sucked once you saw the whole thing.

It's the same thing as letting your alligator mouth overload your canary ass... you talk tough, but can't back it up when you get backed up behind the 8 ball. He sold his ticket.. and got what he deserved, IMNSHO.
