5. In regards to the jail video...

I have read elsewhere (and I have no idea if this is true) that the camera is actually motion-activated. In other words it won't record unless it detects motion. If that's true, that would explain why there is missing time on that video. For example, 5 hours could pass but there may only be 20 minutes of video because that's the only times the camera detected motion. It could also be malfunctioning.
Im not saying that it definitely wasn't tampered with, but there may be a legit reason why time is missing on that.

The dashcam video, I don't know how those work. Can they be turned off? Can they be tampered with? etc.. I don't know the answers to that.
