7. I put Calls Blacklist - call Blocker on my LG G3 an it works well.

It's a free Android app and I've been very happy with it. Once I list a number, it never rings from that number again, though I can go in and see how many times and when one of my blocked numbers has called, but only when I purposely go look. Since it's free, it couldn't hurt to give it a try.
