3. Sorry to hear you're half kidding about decertification

I've always had a non small d democratic opinion about giving "essential" public employees the right to strike, particularly public safety like police and fire where their absence could be harmful to the health and safety of the public. They have the city dads by the short and curlies when it comes to contract negotiations, definitely not in the public interest.

Glad to see someone else around here has at least entertained the same thought.
