Kerry, Moniz and Jack Lew now answering questions.
A first-class, effective and authoritatively knowledgeable team.
First questioner is Ben Cardin, who is supportive.
Not looking forward to questions from Corker et al. (As you could predict, Corker's intro monologue was infuriating. )
Is Menendez not there today? Is he still suspended pending queries into his fund-raising irregularities?
