Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma, Kentucky, the Carolinas, Georgia. Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, Tennessee, let's kick 'em out! They can have their fucking theocracy with Jesus as Eternal President, kind of like Kim Il Sung in North Korea. (We'd have to keep certain red states to retain contiguity, but most of them have very few electoral votes.)
