He was elected in 2006. He joined the SFRC in 2007, while Kerry joined in 1985. That difference however is not the biggest difference. Kerry has always been an exceptional negotiator.

I am disappointed to hear this and wonder if his real reason is that the Republicans want to attack Democrats on it after it happens.
