My partner opened a glorified produce stand in Northern California. It cost her $12,000 to put in parking spots, signage, concrete sidewalks, and a ramp to comply with ADA.

There hasn't been one wheelchair come up that ramp in eight months. Little kids do like to run up and down it, though.
