5. Of course she was

I don't think there is evidence to support a murder charge, but the fact that she got bumped on the head during the interaction with the cop and was denied her meds during the time she was incarcerated, tells me that she died as a result of the treatment she was given at the hands of those yahoos. And that would seem to me to back up charges of manslaughter/negligent homicide.
