Where's the evidence that backs up Perry's claim -- or the many claims of Republicans in general -- that so-called "good guys with guns" are able to a) stop "bad buys with guns" during shootings, or b) DETER "bad guys with guns" from committing acts of violence?
This isn't necessarily a facetious question. Where's the evidence?
There is plenty of evidence to the contrary, I think.
