I wonder if O'Keefe's real purpose (as a tool, which is what he is) or assignment is to probe election boards for weaknesses that can be exploited for fraud by Republicans. Also, if his bullshit videos stoke anger amongst the easily impressed, under-average intelligence and angry teabagger helps to create hostile workplaces for good poll workers and drives them away, well, bonus. It is true that the republican playbook is to erode government at all levels over generations, so attacking local election boards would have to be a part of that (like school boards).
