55. Macrobiotic diets were trendy during the 60s

It was like a vegan diet based on grains and local veggies , chewing a gazzion times was important just to piss off non followers .It was very Eastern and tragically hip but the other side of the food fight was the onslaught of fast food poison that has taken over the world .Us humans aren't devolving but we are lost in a materiall world .Please do not cue up that fucking Madonna tune .
