6. Given that they are making it so hard for minority persons to vote, how would it help?

They are kidding themselves. They think people are so stupid they won't notice what you do, but will just believe what you say.

Of course, people do vote against their own self interests, do maybe they will get somewhere with this. I hope and think voters will see though them.
