5. For me it is Citizens United, Bush vs. Gore and Adoptive Couple vs. Baby girl, when Veronica Brown

was ripped from the home of her loving and devoted father, and the Indian Child Welfare act was completely gutted.

Of course, I am talking about recent cases, ones that took place this century. (If you count 2000 as this century, which I realize that many people do not, since technically it began in 2001).
