2. The Dylan of the 1960's was important.

The Dylan since then is insignificant.

He was a crusader for social justice and against war. Then he became just another guy.

It would be great to have a more up to date version of the 1960's Dylan arrive on the scene. We could use that. If we could somehow have a folk music revival, that would allow such individuals to flourish. I don't see that happening.
