I'm very sensitive to anything that makes me feel queasy or just plain unpleasant (physically , not socially). I get the occasional pressure on both sides of my lower jaw, more like in the upper neck . Told my cardiologist and first thing he asked if I ever suffered from acid reflux, if so - that was probably the cause. Surprised me. I always thought that type of symptom was indicative of heart problems, but I have a monitor and there was no indication of any problem.
Keep the Pepcid and Tums handy and watch out for greasy foods (especially fried ones) and especially in the late evening hours.
