5. I'm 70 and take no medications, including vitamins.

I eat at least 5 fruits a day, 3 to 4 vegetables. I vary the kinds and colors. I try to do one small portion of some kind of multigrains. I eat meat but mostly chicken and seafoods. I avoid sugar but require one small piece of dark chocolate daily. I avoid all processed foods and eat very little white starchy foods (bread, rice, etc.). I don't like coffee but I drink a moderate amount of tea daily. Otherwise just water. I do drink wine three times a week, both red and white, 3 to 4 glasses. I don't limit fats (prefer butter) but I don't overindulge since too much will give me heartburn. Otherwise my gut is very content with my choices.
