We never ate out when I was growing up because my mother didn't like to eat out. As an adult when I can afford it I love eating out, but I NEVER eat American fast food. That stuff really will kill you. I have traveled all over the world and eat street food regularly without any problems. I'm over 70 and eat a nice balanced array of pretty much everything without issues. Food hangover is something I have never experienced.
