45. This was a set-up by Faux, Ailes and Sammon

They knew the arrogant Trump would over react when challenged by a woman (Kelly). Fox has bragged for days of their debate prep, with Sammon and the Fox moderators meeting for hours a day preparing questions. Establishment Repubs consider Trump an embarrassment, and would like nothing more than to remove him from the running.

The ideal result would be for Trump to explode on stage, live and uncensored. Instead Trump tweeted insults (bimbo, etc.) at Kelly through the night.

The real reaction came the following day, when Trump on CNN implied Kelly's question was inspired by her menstrual cycle, saying "she was bleeding from her...whatever".

So Trump is marginalized and the establishment Repubs are enhanced. Can I say "Mission Accomplished"?

I would not be surprised if Fox News consultant Karl Rove was involved here.
