Geeze, marathon runners don't pay much attention to such niceties when they're commanding their bodies to keep working. Who would have thought?

It's not women's fault they were made like this any more than it's men's fault we have such exposed genitalia. We all work with what we've been given.

Or, to put it another way, go with the flow.
