In reply to the discussion: Painted, near-naked ladies on the prowl for cash in Times Square angering tourists [View all]alcibiades_mystery
(36,437 posts)47. Funny story
We were recently in Times Square on a family vacation. Well, we were all over NYC, but we were also in Times Square. In any case, my six year old son saw a couple of these women. They basically had bare breasts painted as American flags. When we got back home he said, very ominously, "I saw something very...weird in Times Square." We knew almost immediately what he was talking about. My wife says, "Was it a woman without her shirt on?" He says, "Yes. Yes! I can't get that vision out of my mind!"
It was very difficult for us to keep from bursting out laughing.

People forget because we survived it, but the crime rate was through the roof back then.

I'm not a prude and I am definitely not a non-fan of 'near-naked women,' but Times Square...

You should put a SPOILER ALERT in the title. I think this is the plot of NBC's new show "Blindspot"
