5. Progressively raising taxes to 93% above $100,000?

Doing something like this would guarantee perpetual Democratic losses. I feel that the $250,000 cutoff is reasonable, as you can't claim that you really want middle class families to have the ability to invest and begin small businesses if 93% of whatever income they make over $100,000 goes back to the federal government.

Trust me, I have friends that are graduates of medical school, pharmacy school and lawyers (working with firms) that are already getting hit paying upward of 33% - 36% in taxes while also having to pay back student loans. What you're proposing is completely unreasoanable and would get a good number of them to flee from the Democratic Party in droves.
